This week I am entering in 20 weeks of my pregnancy. Start to feel some slight movements, especially when it is near meal time, and if I do not eat in time, the movements will be more.

Till then.........

Planning Stage....

After William had proposed to me in October 2006 at Avillion, PD, eversince then we have started to plan our wedding. We went searching for bridal saloons, restaurants, hotels and also getting the right date for the ceremony.

Since I've decided which bridal house to pick, which is Kuang Yee, I went to see the lady boss, Ms. Kheng to find out about the latest promotion package that they had. I was quite comfortable with the package she offered to me. After discussing it with William, we finally sign up the package in early November 06.

For the dates, we were lucky that William's youngest aunt helps us out to find the suitable date for the wedding ceremony. For a moment, we have so many dates to choose from. But however, although certain days are consider 'good days' but was not suitable as it clashes with the Festival of Nine Emperors.

Therefore, to avoid unnecessary incidents, we are only left with 3 dates which is Oct 5 / Oct 20 / Oct 27, 2007. We chose Oct 20 for the ceremony in Kampar. Thinking we could use Oct 27 for the Penang reception but somehow the hall was not available for that date. But thank god, the hall is available on Oct 5. Phew..... we damn lucky.....

Once we have booked the hall, we went searching for caterers. Thank god, we have listed down all our guests list and I have also asked my mom to list down her guest lists. This is enable us to anticipate the number of guests for the reception.

In fact, we are indeed lucky enough to have other people helping us. I would like say to thank you to my helpful neighbour, Mr. Goh, he had recommended a caterer to us and also had helped us to negotiate for a better menu. On top of that, he had also helped us to ask for quotation for printing of invitation cards. Without his help, we would not be able to get the caterer and printer so soon. We are now waiting for the guests list to be finalised before printing out the invitation cards.

Right now, we are only waiting for the photo session which will be this sat, Apr 28, 07.

Till the next blog.....

Cheers,
Wil & Jan
